Day 44

The journey that doesn't seem to have an end is looking like it might actually have one.

"Icemagedon" put a damper on some house improvements, but luckily we ended up hiring someone to do some of the work for us. With M's hectic schedule and the end of our lease quickly approaching, we just didn't see any other way around it.

So without further ado.. Here is what it looks like right now.

 Emery's room/light lavender

                                                          Main bathroom

Fresh new gray walls and light fixtures!

That tall cabinet is our new pantry

This is the view of sink/dishwasher into dining room.

 The pantry is gone!

Comparisons from November to today

We are now getting into the process of putting in the cabinets and laying the floors down. After that's done, we get the countertops in and hopefully we can begin to finally move in right after Christmas.
I'm loving how just the change in color makes the house seem bigger. Even knocking out that pantry has helped a ton!

Now for some Emery cuteness to tide you all over till next time.

Even toddlers need to tandum wear both their babies.

She finally has a big girl ponytail!

With love,
J.
